I bought this candle as a birthday gift, and it was such a hit! The packaging is adorable, the message is nice and heartfelt, and it feels like a really thoughtful little surprise. This was a gift I purchased for a friends birthday. I loved the humorous saying on the front which is why I originally picked it, but also because she was a big lavender fan. I was pleasantly surprised by the smell of the candle. I don’t normally care for lavender but this actually smelled so good, I have contemplated getting one for myself!I will say that the first one I ordered arrived broken. Glass was everywhere, little pieces and I didn’t know until I opened it and they all fell out so I would definitely recommend opening it over something just in case. When I contacted Amazon they immediately sent another one next day so it was absolutely fixed quickly!As far as value, I can’t really say for sure. I paid $12.99 and while that seems kind of high, it was scented and did have the saying on it which I feel like is what you really pay for anyhow so I didn’t think it was too much and a decent value. It is a plain white candle so it’s very pretty and can be used anywhere with any decor. My friend hasn’t burned it yet so I’m not really sure how the burn time is or how cleanly it burns but if she does light it, I’ll update here.
