Recommend to anyone that is home bound or has medical issues that cant move around good.
Bought this for my mom that doesn’t get any exercise at all. Just sit and watch her favorite programs or read her favorite books. She used to put puzzles together however, she is unable to place the correct pieces to fit together now. I have bought some bigger puzzles that have larger pieces and she can put them together much quicker. To get her to move more, I saw this while strumming thru amazon to unwind from a long day of work. I saw it played the video of a lady using it and thought of my mom. How easy it would be for her to operate and not have to move from her lift chair at all.I ordered it for her that night. Presented it to her when it came in. She was so delighted. She used it right away. The only thing she had to do was not to stay on it too long at one time. It made her knees ache one night. So the next day she was rather sore. But, I told her she would have to only do it for around 5 mins at a time until her limbs got used to it. Now, she keeps it beside her chair and uses it daily. It really helped her to walk a little more faster. Also, gain some muscles back in her shins as well. She’s happy and I’m happy that she is doing some type of exercise as well.It sits on a mat that comes with it. Now she has a carpet rug so it doesn’t move around at all it stays perfectly still. Doesn’t make a lot of noise while running either. The cord is long enough and not too long to be tripped over. I like that part since mom has a risk of falling easily. She can do it while reading or watching television.

Performs to expectations.
The product performs as described. Purchased for my mom, who is 4+ years into a Lewy Body Dementia diagnosis. Approx. four months ago (Jan. 2023), her activity pattern changed. She has been staying in bed until later in the day, so, while she can still walk between 1/4 – 1/2 mile when we’re able to go out, there are days when outdoor walks aren’t feasible. In addition, because of her cognitive impairment, complex equipment and even basic verbal instructions aren’t easy for her to use or follow. With this product, she can sit comfortably on the couch, we can place her feet on the platforms and the device does the work. This product is not intended for cardiovascular benefit. It simply promotes circulation and simple movement. I uploaded a 16 sec. clip for reference as to the noise and the 2 speed settings. The 1st 8 secs. are Setting 1, the remaining, Setting 2. It’s been about a week since we started using the product, so any long-term benefit is yet to be seen. For her, the immediate benefit is that it gets her legs and feet moving in a simple and comfortable way. Hope this is helpful.

It works!!
Very easy set up less than 1 min. You need 2 AAA batteries. Install in remote. Helps with restless legs for me and is effortless. It loosens up my stiff knees. It is effortless. I have Multiple Sclerosis and my mom has neuropathy and we both felt it made a difference right away. My legs get Heavy feeling but this machine helps them to feel lighter. I do note one thing my knees do feel they are not staying in line with my lower legs so I use a cloth belt around my upper knee up keep straight. My mom and I both agree it is helping. It’s not cardio my heart rate stays the same. So it’s not really like a exercise it’s more of a motion and blood flow machine. Anyone can use this what they will gain I am not sure but it feels good after so that’s positive.

Exercise while sitting
A little slower than we like but good for when you don’t have enough energy for a long walk.

Plenty nice –
I’d say this item is plenty nice for what it is – one of those walker machines where you don’t have to get up to walk. The only thing is – they really should put in bold caps as a disclaimer DO NOT LOSE REMOTE OR YOU’RE FOREVER BARRED FROM USING or something to that affect. There literally is no way to turn this machine on – if you cannot use the remote, it either gets misplaced or your batteries have gone bad. Also, once you do turn it on the timer begins ticking in “seconds” so when it reads 4:26 it doesn’t mean that you’ve been using for 4 minutes and 26 seconds, rather it’s 426 seconds, which is 7 minutes and 6 seconds – – – not a big deal, but it would be a little bit nicer if the timer made more sense – since most of us don’t use seconds to calculate a work-out. I could be reading it all wrong, but I don’t think so. Other than this – you just sit in a chair and put your feet on and walk about ( ha ha ). I guess using a kitchen timer might be a good idea – set it for 15 minutes or whatever and sit there and read a book or whatever.

Not so great
It was too slow for me, had to return it

Not very useful.
Does not provide a great work out. This would be used better for someone who has little to no mobility.
