Excellent product same as Cetaphil
Excellent product for a good price. Exact generic equivalent to Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser, which sells for almost double the price. I only ordered this to verify that it’s the same thing as Cetaphil, which it is, and which I use a lot of, so this is gonna be my regular go to product from now on and I’m probably gonna be buying a lot of it because I need something gentle and non-perfumy and with a very neutral pH, which this has. It’s a wonderful product. I swear by it.

Comparable to Cetaphil
I’ve been using Cetaphil unscented cleanser for years, but it’s pretty expensive. This Amazon Basics cleanser is a really good dupe. The properties are the same – not much of a lather, virtually no scent, does not irritate my sensitive skin. The color and texture are also really similar. If you have sensitive skin, I definitely recommend this as a nice gentle cleanser, and I’m excited I found something less pricey than the name brand that does the job just as well.

Pretty good
Very nice and gentle cleanser but you have to use a whole lot compared to Cetaphil gentle cleanser. Not meant to lather up. Wipe off with moist cloth.

Pump Dispenser Not Functional
The pump dispenser does not work. I tried for 10 minutes and is not the first time I use this sort of pump dispenser. I asked for help as well and still didn’t work. To use the cleanser, I needed to unscrew the pump from the bottle. So troublesome!I like this cleanser. I like that it is gentle on my skin and it leaves my face feeling moisturized. I also like the plastic like labels, so I can remove the labels and re-use the plastic bottle.I think all plastic or glass containers/bottles should come with plastic labels, so consumers can remove the labels, re-use it, and it is better for the environment.

Love how it feels
I love the soft milky feel, it doesn’t sting the eyes nor does it lather and makes it easy to use and clean up. I use a moisturizer afterwards since it leaves a dry feeling after cleaning.

Not for me
This product doesn’t make my face feel clean and refreshed. I use differin daily refreshing cleanser for 4years and since I’m on my last bottle and I cannot find it in my area or on Amazon anymore. I decided to start looking for a new daily face cleanser. I tried this one and it doesn’t make my face feel clean or fresh. I was disappointed because I read some good reviews about it on here. I’m now using it as a hand soap.This is my opinion. I’m not bashing the product because it might be good for others. I will also say that if you have very sensitive skin it might work for you because it kind of reminds me of the unscented Aveeno baby wash I used to use for my granddaughter.

Excellent cleanser for my skin and great price
Love this facial cleanser. It does not have alkaline so it’s not real soapy, but it leaves my face feeling very soft and moisturized, but yet cleanse at the same time. It’ll be awesome when the weather gets very cold and skin gets even dryer
