Perfect!
I don’t often write reviews, but I figured I needed to in case there were others like me. I have been on the hunt for very specific fitting workout shorts. I have thicker thighs, and find that if they fit my waist, they squeeze my thighs and cause a weird bulge out the sides. I decided to give these a go and I’m glad I did! They are not super compressive, but they are “buttery soft” and sooo comfortable. They do not overly squeeze the thighs, which I am so happy about. They do not roll down at the waist or roll at the thighs. The only thing that could make them better is if they had pockets. I went and bought several more colors. I am 5’4″, 144 lbs, and I got a medium.

I absolutely love these CRZ YOGA Butterluxe biker shorts! The 4-inch inseam is the perfect length – not too short, not too long – and they hit right at mid-thigh for great coverage during workouts and daily wear.The Butterluxe fabric is incredibly soft and has just the right amount of compression. It feels substantial without being restrictive, and the high waistband provides excellent support without rolling down during yoga flows or squat sessions. I’ve worn these for everything from hot yoga classes to volleyball practice to just running errands, and they perform beautifully in every situation.What really sets these apart is how flattering they are. The high waist smooths everything out, and the fabric has enough stretch to move with you while maintaining its shape. I’ve washed them multiple times and they still look brand new – no pilling, fading, or loss of elasticity.The length is ideal for volleyball since they don’t ride up when diving for balls, and they’re perfect for yoga since there’s no bunching or sliding during poses. They’re also great as everyday shorts because they look put-together enough to wear out but comfortable enough for lounging at home.For the price point, you really can’t beat the quality. I’ve already ordered them in three more colors and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for versatile, comfortable, and well-made athletic shorts.Highly recommend!

Smooth, comfy and great for workouts!
I really like these shorts for my everyday workouts. They fit perfectly and are super comfortable and smooth. I enjoy the high rise and the length of the leg. I’m 5’1” and 113lbs and ordered a size small, which fit perfectly. The only negative would be that there is a seam in the coloring, which I did see pointed out in other reviews. You can see from my photos where the coloring and dye of the fabric has left a dark line straight down the center in front. This is not a fold or something that could be ironed out, it’s just the color of the fabric. Also, the tag is super long and scratchy so I rip that out.Beyond that, I would still definitely recommend these since they are super comfortable, function well and are super cute. They aren’t too compressive, but also hold everything in and seem to be very durable. I always hang to dry after washing and now have these shorts and two colors, and will most likely purchase more!

Perfect length for short legs!
I am 56, approx 125lbs with thighs that are a bit “meatier” and a straight waist (think gymnast build). I bought a size medium which is snug without camel toe and/or fat “spillage”. Color is Melanite, a dark grayish blue. I hope and wish they bring t-shirts and jackets of this color because it is gorgeous! I am petite (5’2) with long torso/short legs. The high waist is very comfortable and 4” inseam comes down just far enough to hide inner thigh jiggly bits and when paired with nude/neutral colored sneakers makes my legs appear to be longer. I thought I’d only wear these to work out but I wear them all the time around the house. I have bought a lot of monochrome sets and this brand provide high end look and feel at a fraction of the cost of pricey brand names. I will continue to buy and refer friends and family.

Supportive, Breathable, and Stylish
These shorts are amazing — total Lulu dupes! They’re super soft and stretchy, and honestly even a little more supportive than the Lululemon Aligns. The price point is a game-changer compared to the ones you typically find in stores.I wear them for everything — workouts, running, errands — and they hold up beautifully. The material feels thick and durable but still breathable and not see-through, which is hard to find in activewear. They come in tons of colors too, so it’s easy to stock up.One thing to note: the shorter versions do roll up a bit while moving, but that’s pretty standard for this length. If that’s something you want to avoid, go for the longer version — those stay put.To keep the fabric feeling its best long-term, I definitely recommend hang-drying. With just a little care, these shorts will keep performing like champs.

Don’t dig into flab! So soft, great shorts!
These shorts are my favorite pair of exercise shorts. I’m 5’5” 120 pounds and bought a size small. I would say they are true to size.I wanted something form fitting for Pilates so my whohah isn’t hanging out. They are wonderful and don’t have that scrunch butt thing that seems to be everywhere. They are so soft with such a nice fit. I don’t have perfect muscular legs (yet) and I hate shorts that dig into my flab. These don’t dig and stay put well enough. When they do eventually scrunch up the legs they aren’t bad looking. They feel breathable compared to other fabrics and I think they seem like they will hold up well. I purchased black but they aren’t see through at all. The top stays put and never rolls down and they are TRULY high waisted.

Fabric is comfortable and shorts don’t ride up but fabric feels really thin, don’t think it will survive long in a dryer even on low heat. Almost no compression due to the thin fabric

Great fit, great comfort, moves with the body, doesn’t roll up (legs) or down (waist). True to fit, came back and ordered a bunch more lol.For reference, I got the 4” shorts. I’m 175cm (5’9”) 64.5kg (142lbs), 92cm hips and 72.5cm waist, my normal size for bottoms is large so I stuck to that size and they fit great. I probably should have gone with medium, maybe even small, but now I have room to grow as I start a new bulking phase.
