Passed the burn test! Actual silk
I’m typically wary of purchasing fabric online, but I took a chance and it worked out. They actually provided a bit of fabric and explained how to do the burn test, saving me from having to find a part of the pillowcase to burn. The invisible zipper matches the color of the pillowcase perfectly and it seems to be well-made. I’ll be using it for the first time tonight and am excited!

Color fades and zippers tear out
I do love them, but after a few washes the color faded. After a few months the zippers started to tear out. I eventually had to cut the zippers out because they were hanging completely torn off. But the pillowcases still work without the zippers on.
