Simple and Crisp Shampoo
Clean, crisp, and refreshing. Most shampoo makes my head itch. This doesn’t.Love this shampoo so much I ordered a couple more bottles and also subscribed.

Good drug-store alternative
I was pleasantly surprised by this shampoo, it smells nice and it leaves my hair really clean. I love a good tea tree and mint shampoo, and I think it’s on par with other big brand name shampoos that I’ve used in the past. Moisture wise, it feels more like a clarifying shampoo so does help with itchiness and removing excess gunk in your hair, but it does strip your hair so I always follow up with a hair mask or deep conditioner. Time will tell if it helps my overall hair health in the long term, but so far I like it. The bottle is fine, I wish the nozzle pump was a bit wider, but that’s just preference. The one it comes with is pretty sturdy.

So I got this thinking it would be “natural” because of the tea tree oil and mint, but I was wrong. This shampoo doesn’t even list mint, just “fragrance”. This shampoo matches the description and photos and does exactly what it claims. It has that strong tea tree and mint scent that immediately feels clean and refreshing, and the formula itself is thick and lathers well. The bottle is huge, so you get a lot for the price, and it feels comparable to the more expensive tea tree shampoos you find at salons.The biggest upside is how fresh it makes your scalp feel. It really does a great job of cleansing, especially if you use a lot of product or deal with buildup. Compared to other shampoos in this category, it feels just as effective as the luxury brands. Very impressive.The downside is that it can be drying if you use it alone. The tea tree is strong, so you definitely need to follow up with a conditioner or your hair will feel stripped. That is not unexpected for this type of shampoo, though.Overall it does exactly what it is supposed to do. My hair feels clean and my scalp feels refreshed every time.
