Hair luxury!
Bottom line – this stuff works!I have shoulder length-plus hair, use permanent color (for gray) once a month, & am disciplined about applying conditioner & oil to nourish my hair. Having tried many conditioners over the years & I’m picky about only using products that work.I heard others raving about Dove Hair Intensive Repair on social media, so thought I’d try it out. Wow, it’s one of the best! After only one application I noticed my hair felt a bit softer… after two applications softer yet & fewer split-ends…ETC.So keep your long locks, Ladies! Take supplements, oil your hair once a week (apply organic coconut oil to dry hair, wait two hours, then wash), use a natural shampoo, & condition with Dove Repair with each wash. I also sleep on a mulberry silk pillowcase – seals in moisture & prevents breakage.I receive compliments on my hair often. Dove Repair is making my long hair maintenance easier – leave Dove in for only 2 minutes then rinse. It’s quick, easy, & absolutely worth the money. Plus it feels & smells like an expensive product. Hair luxury!

The only drugstore mask worth buying
I’ve got a dry hair type that needs heavy conditioning. I’ve found most hair masks in the past regardless of price point did not do anything for my hair. I tried this one out with hesitation because I previously did not have a stellar experience with the intensive repair conditioner. So I gave the bond strength mask a go. And I’m fairly surprised. I saw the results after only 3-4 uses. The texture of the product is thick, but not too thick. The mask glides through the hair quite nicely. I wouldn’t say it has a serum like texture. I would say it just feels like a regular cream deep conditioner. It’s not oily either. As soon as it hits your hair, you immediately notice that your tangle start to unravel at least that’s what happened to me. I leave mine in anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes with the shower water off and then I follow up with a regular conditioner. Just to “seal” everything in, but that’s not even necessary because this mask does the job. The smell is pretty good. I would say most people would like it. It’s not floral and not sweet. It just has a nice perfumey scent. My hair feels a lot smoother after I style it, and it stays sleeker for longer even up to 8 days. As far as the ingredients go. I know that apparently dove has patented the technology out in their damage repair lines so I can’t speak too much on that but for what it’s worth this mask those contain a lot of solid ingredients for conditioning the hair such as silicones and fatty alcohols. Don’t shy away from this mask just because of the hype. Obviously different things work for different people, but at the end of the day. It’s worth a shot because of how affordable it is. And how much success you’re probably going to have with it.

Makes my hair incredibly soft
I bought this Dove hair mask based on the reviews and because I needed a conditioner that would make my curls soft and bouncy without much fuss. I have medium length hair that has gotten frizzy as I’ve aged, and, thanks to menopause, it has become lifeless. There are a few hair products that I layer to help my curls look less frizzy, but that requires me to put time into styling it. I’m retired, I don’t want to put a lot of products in my hair or do much styling when I’m just relaxing at home on the couch. So I decided to give this Dove hair mask a try and I’m really glad I did.First, the price is fantastic and a little of the product goes a long way. I only wash my hair 2-3 times a week so this ample size tub has lasted me a long time.Second, the scent is so nice. I can’t handle heavy perfumes or hair products that smell too flowery or sweet because my allergies go crazy. This Dove hair mask has a very subtle scent, it’s very light and clean, and it doesn’t linger, which I appreciate.In the shower I wash my hair, then work a good size dollop of this Dove hair mask through my hair and pile it on top of my head while I shave and finish showering. The last thing I do is rinse my hair and it’s already incredibly soft. When I’m staying home, being lazy, which is most of the time, I let my hair air dry and the way this Dove hair mask makes my hair look and feel is beyond incredible…it’s so soft and airy. The best way I can describe it is, it’s like how your hair looks and feels when you’re under water, when it’s just floating and moving with the water’s movement. It so light and bouncy. I have to admit, there’s still a bit of frizz, but much, much less, and the softness and how healthy my hair looks makes a little frizz tolerable.You have to try this stuff, truly. It’s a game changer. With everything we put our hair through, this Dove hair mask is like a spa day for your hair, helping it relax and feel good. Works wonders but is heavily fragranced
It works really well in terms of making sure your hair becomes or stays healthy. It’s also easy to rinse out despite being super thick. It’s essentially like a super thick conditioner and it does leave my hair very soft and shiny. It’s easy to brush through afterwards and any potential tangles just resolve on their own. One tub lasts a long time. I keep thinking I’m using a huge portion, yet I never seem to make a true dent in the tub. I will say that it has a very strong scent that I wasn’t prepared for. I can only use it occasionally because it triggers my asthma.
