INIA did their big one with this!
IT’S. HAPPENED!Finally, a product that sounds gimmicky but seriously did it’s big one with this!This is a red light therapy mask with multiple modes, including an anti-aging mode and a soothing mode for acne, amongst others. I’m a zillennial who’s starting to notice lines – albeit not harsh or huge, they’re there in a way they never were before and I’ve been looking for any possible way to slow it down and even reverse what’s already happened and honestly, this is it!The mask is dark blue and came packaged in a nice box along with a charging cord and instructions. It was an experience in itself opening it, I felt so fancy.It’s got two velcro straps to secure it to your head. It felt a little awkward at first, as I was just securing it straight back which made it really loose around the chin area, but with a little experimenting, I’ve found that if you pull upwards, so it’s a little looser on your forehead but tight at the chin, and then pull back, it fits nearly perfectly. It’s a nice quality item too, the front feels like some sort of thick rubber material that I feel should be pretty durable. Other than that, it’s fool-proof and super easy to use. Put the mask on, hit the power button until you find the mode you desire. The anti-aging mode is the default and is what I’ll mainly be focusing on today.Issues: Faint indication of smile lines, an even fainter indication of marionette lines (that irk me to no end anyways), and just a general volume loss that I’m not used to due to having somewhat of a baby face. I also have a singular noticable wrinkle on my forehead, but this is more for skin smoothing and skin tightening – I wasn’t expecting a miracle on that thing.Usage: I’ve had this product a little over 2 weeks now and have used it 4-5 days of the week for 20 mins at a time. Not to be dramatic, but I DID notice a difference after maaaaybbbeeee 4 uses? I noticed after that 4th time that my smile lines just seemed a little less… Existent. More filled in, less harsh. My skin also seemed noticably tighter, especially my jawline (which has always been soft as I’ve got a small chin) as well as my marionette lines. My forehead suddenly seemed freakishly smooth.I did treat this kind of as an experiment and made sure to keep life style variables the same. I drink at least 86 oz of water a day and I don’t drink alcohol in general. My diet is pretty consistent, I wouldn’t say super healthy. So I don’t think it was any of those things giving me a temporary plump-up, and I’ve noticed that my skin just gets better and better every time now.To be honest, looking at photos from a month ago is a little jarring now that there’s such a dramatic difference. I saw a friend that I hadn’t seen in a couple of months and she asked me if I lost weight or if something was different because I looked “fresher”. LOl, I wish I had lost weight! No, it’s just this mask and paying a little extra attention to my skin, I think.I also LOVE that this is completely wireless – no cord with a remote or needing to be stuck in one spot.Genuinely the only con to this is that one of my 2 cats is a little scared of me when I wear it, but the other one acts like I look the same as always, lol.I’ve seen other red light therapy masks on the market and for the quality and brand, this is a steal. I’ve used INIA’s microcurrent device as well and it’s been doing it’s thing as well.If you can swing the price, I would highly recommend this!

Great light therapy device, not just for face
I’ve tried a handful of red light masks now, soft flexible silicone, hardshell, cheaper, more expensive, and I *think*, this Inia Glow 4D wireless mask IS the best one I’ve tried.Not just saying that for review purposes but it’s unique design and features stand out.It’s not perfect, but with all my issues with other masks, this really is a top choice at a very affordable price (from other more expensive brands ahem marketing costs) and from an established brand, Inia whose facial and RLT devices I already trust.Assuming it’s made with the proper safe wavelengths, RLT provides me with glowier, stronger, less red and reactive skin and hopefully even help with internal eye health issues. I don’t use the colors as much.It’s a high quality well made mask, it feels more expensive that It should be.It’s medium weight but not heavy that it causes discomfort to my head or neck. Buttons are easy to reach and straight forward operating.Stand OutsShape: This Inia mask is like a hybrid between the flat flexible silicone masks and the hardshells, which I think this one might be the best of the 3 shapes. Even with the molded shape, pretty sure it’s a decent universal fit.I have a wide forehead, wide face/bigger cheeks, and this mask covers it all, with more nose, lower face and mouth room to spare for other face shapes.Eye area design: The eye area is a complete cut out, so for additional safety purposes, I can wear generic tanning eye protection goggles. First I put on the goggles, then the mask, no fit issues. The eye area is decent at blocking out light, but it isn’t completely lightproof.This is an issue I’ve had with every LED light therapy mask, a blue light setting is provided, but adequate eye protection is not. Red light is safe and beneficial for the eyes, blue light is supposedly BAD and damaging, I don’t want to take any risks especially since I already have eye issues.The cooling eye patches are a nice additional touch, just not sure if using them creates blockage for light to hit the eye area.NIR on/off: Love that I can control if I want Near IR on/off, as I’ve come across devices where I can’t. Research if you think NIR is appropriate for your skin or bad.Since this is an controllable option, this mask can DOUBLE as a RLT device for any of your other body parts that do need the pain/inflammation benefits of NIR, just lay or strap it on.
