I have a lot of problems trying to find sandals that dont make the arch of my feet hurt if im in them for more then 1-2 hours. These are great very comfortable form the start. Not stiff, didnt rub and look cute. I can wear these all day no problems.

Great for the price
This is really 4.5 stars, and maybe I should round up to 5, but that would suggest it is perfect, and it is not. But considering the price, I am very happy and have no regrets about this purchase. I have now gone on long walks with them, and they are great. They are very flexible (so I’m guessing more latex than cork, or at least less cork in the mix, than the real thing). It almost feel like walking barefoot, which I like, but not everyone will. It is nearly perfect, and very acceptable, but here are the imperfections for the super-picky:The suede upper is lined with a synthetic material that is glued on. Usually such a backing means it is imitation suede but probably it is real, but just too thin for footwear and thus in need or reinforcement. This backing is soft and comfortable. The markings on the footbed indicate that both the upper and the lining of the footbed are real suede, and they certainly feel that way, to my touch. So while I would have preferred thicker suede that does not need the backing, I am grateful to have real suede at this price. The second fault is, the straps on one of the sandals are a tiny amount higher up, like 2-3 mm. No one else would notice such a thing, and I have to hold them up directly adjacent to tell, but this seems like sloppy construction. It should not be hard to place the straps precisely. Third, one of the sandals is very slightly darker. Again, only my super-discerning eye would notice this. It really is barely noticeable, and actually it makes it more convincing that the suede is real, since it is very hard to get batch-to-batch precision — and for this reason for more expensive footwear, each of a pair is cut from the same piece of leather or suede. Fourth, the straps are not quite as wide as those they are trying to imitate, on the non-buckle side. My guess is this is because they are cut interleaved, to save on material, and with this slightly narrower shape, perhaps this is more achievable (just a guess here, since it should not be hard to imitate the measurement precisely). And the buckles are not perfectly parallel to each other. Again, almost no one else would notice this, really, and they are fine even for a picky person like me. Lastly, the footbed is a lot softer than the thing they are meant to imitate. Some people will like this, and I am okay with it, though I much prefer the firm, supportive shape of the real thing. I don’t really need the support but I like it. These feel kind of mushy, and again it is okay, and some will prefer it. Overall, considering the price, I am very pleased with this purchase.About sizing, I normally order 39 (occasionally 38, but not in this style), and these in 39 fit fine. In US sizing I have been 7.5 for most of my life but in recent years, more and more I tend to buy 8 (and in running shoes, 8.5). Not sure if my foot or the shoe sizing shifted. Could be either, since there is sizing variation between brands, so why not variation as time goes on. So anyway, if you are “big 8” or 8.5, you might want to size up. These are labeled “8-8.5” and the sticker on them say 39. But they might be too small for you if you are 8.5.

COMFORTABLE and Adjusts to Narrow Feet
I was so grateful to find these sandals. I have VERY narrow feet so it’s very difficult to fit ANY shoes. Walking on any surface in house is also painful on bottom of my feet. Walgreens no longer carries sandals there were very similar to these with the cork soles, double buckle straps and arch support. The suede insoles and straps of the KIDMIs add additional comfort. This brand runs narrower (great for me) and after adjusting the straps they fit to my feet even better than the Walgreen ones did. I do punch extra holes with a turkey needle, but then they fit great! The padding at the front of the feet and supported arches is also greatly needed for my feet. Another Big Plus is that these are NOT cushion soles, and NOT gel soles, which I medically can’t wear.The one drawback is the padding under the heal wore thin quickly, so is a little hard under the heel.I only wear them in the house with thin socks in the summer, and with thicker socks in winter (half size larger sandal). They don’t seem to be durable for a lot of tramping around outside, but as a “house shoe” they are perfect for my needs.So I got 2 pairs to switch off in the summer, and 2 pairs to switch off in the winter.

GREAT VALUE!
No, they are not Birkenstocks….BUT, they are quite good considering they cost about 1/6 of the price of Birkenstocks. I could not find black suede in my size from Birkenstock so I ordered black leather. The leather is so stiff they are uncomfortable even after wearing for several short stints trying to break them in. Plus the leather is not deep black like the suede. These are the right color and much more comfortable. I know they won’t last like my last Birks, but for this price they don’t need to. I am more than happy.

Don’t buy if you are a size 8 shoe-they are too big!
They are a true size 8.5 NOT an 8-which a size 8 is NOT an option. So I have at least 1/2-3/4 inch gap between my big toe and the end of the shoe. Unfortunate because they are comfy as long as you don’t walk in them because they are too big to do that. On a good note, they arrived and look like the picture. Seem to be pretty well made.

Super comfy, may run big
The 8-8.5 size is definitely more of an 8.5, so these shoes are a little too big on me, but they are SO soft and comfortable! I tightened the straps and they stay on. I hope they last a long time.

These sandals are so comfy with just the right amount of support. The shoe is not stiff (like a more expensive version tends to be for me) and the sole is not slippery like some of comparable value can be. The upper is suede, not lined with felt. I will purchase these again when I wear these one out! These will be my summer go-to slide!! Love them!
