A great oral concoction that taste fantastic if you’re a fan of orange/citrus! When I wake up, I squeeze a few droppers in my mouth under my tongue, and let it sit there for about 1 minute. You don’t have to, but it’ll absorb quicker in your blood stream/body if you do that. The one thing I’ve noticed and it’s not just this product, it’s also a Shampoo I reviewed as well, but I believe this also contributes to clearer skin, and overall a younger appearance.
