True to size, good stretch, wash well, and decent thickness. I bought these for yoga and generally wear a size 4-6, lately more of a 6!I have these in size S and they are just right. My weight is at least 130 pounds and I’m about 5’6. The length is at my ankles. I love the bootcut the best as it is more flattering for me.I had bought the mediums in the past, they are comfortable, but not good for yoga- too big on me. The Marika brand is a very good price point for a quality yoga pant.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:These tummy control pants are extremely comfortable.Very true to size. They have washed up with no problems, I do wash mine in cold and hang dry.They are a stretch fit and soft in material.Highly recommended.

I purchased two pairs of these love them so much that I just bought another pair! These are the pants I’ve been looking for but could never find in stores— they are thick enough to not be see thru, long enough for me (I’m 5’9” and the 34” length is perfect) which is usually not the case, and the waist band Is wide, sits higher than my navel doesn’t roll. And most importantly to me, these have cotton in the fabric blend, which means they are nice and soft, without any kind of shiny finish. If you’ve ever worn a pair of premium “sanded” yoga pants, these have the same kind of feel. These are a bit fitted in the thigh, hip and rear for me (just like in the description photo), however if you have a slimmer build they might fit more loosely. And because of the boot cut, I think most women could get away with wearing these as regular pants, as long as your shirt covers the small white logo on the front, just below the waistband.The stretch lasts all day, never sagging at the end of the day like many yoga pants do. And the tummy control feels nice— it’s definitely not like a pair of Spanx or anything, but the construction offers a nice amount of comfortable support. I’ve washed and dried mine (warm wash/regular heat dryer setting) a couple times and have had seen no shrinking or fading so far. I’ll update my review if anything changes, but so far these are the best yoga/lounging pants I’ve ever worn! I wish all pants were this comfortable!

Best Pants Ever
As a fashion fabricator I’m knowledgeable and fussy. Years ago I favored cotton spandex yoga pants which were replaced by various styles and materials. Came back to Marika’s new and improved product. Fit is great! So comfy & supple! Best tummy control. Xtra length (compensates for shrinkage). I immediately bought another pair in grey & told all my followers to nab them.

They’ve changed the design
I had a pair of these that are my go-to workout pants. I absolutely loved the tummy control and the fit, they were so flattering. I bought some more when they were getting worn out, exactly the same brand, size, and style. Unfortunately, I put these on today and they are *completely* different. First of all, no tummy control at all. Look how much wider they are! And they’re a much much thinner material. Second, they’ve added something in the design so that there are two lines going across the middle of your backside, which gives a really strange look to your rear end, as if you have odd panty lines. And it’s an incredibly unflattering cut across your bottom. It just makes everything look wrong. Unfortunately, my return window has passed, so I’ve got two pair still in packaging that will go to goodwill. Look at the pictures of the product, the backside does not look like that! They have not changed the pictures along with the change in design. Major false advertising. Super disappointed.

Had to order when I saw yoga pants in long length, and the length did not disappoint! I expected them to be softer and stretchier, but I like that they’re not so lulu-lemony because they’re not tight absolutely everywhere. Sometimes I just wanna feel a little more relaxed with looser fitting stuff. Don’t get me wrong, they’re still very form fitting.Update: alright so, I got them. Was super excited about them, but I did notice that the one leg seemed to be ever so slightly shorter than the next. So it bothered me a little bit ultimately I was gonna keep them either way. I decided after about 1.5 weeks I would order another pair just to see how they would be, and this pair is a lot more even. Love them these are so good. Honestly. Thing is I haven’t washed them yet so I don’t know how they’ll wash. Will do that soon.
