not a miracle cure
Update: my original review is below, as it was an honest experience, however I really want to add, that to my surprise, this company actually seems to care. They read the reviews and have followed up with me, which is huge. While I have not seen the results that I hoped for, they are definitely not a scam, and as you can see by other reviews, many find success. They genuinely seem to care about their customers experience and believe in the product. For that they get a couple extra stars. Their customer service is 5 stars!I suspect that if you are experiencing some recent extra shedding, noticable thinness and are near/around meno, this might help. for me personally, i have been using this (and i added the shampoo/conditioner 3 mos in) for about 8 mos. initially, i loved the way it made my hair feel, and it brought the little bit of wave back to my hair, that was it. I have no baby hairs, if anything my hair loss is accelerating, or its just getting more and more noticeable. I add the shampoo and conditioner at about 4 mos in, and again, zero difference. I see in the reviews that some are seeing results, and that is fantastic, I just am zero, just more wasted dollars.

My hair is very damaged from the chemical products I’ve been using lately; it’s brittle and falls out a lot. But I’ve been using this spray for about two weeks, and while I can’t say it works miracles in such a short time, the change is noticeable.My hair feels softer and stronger, with less frizz, and it feels very nice. I was SOOO hopeful when buying this product! My hair was halfway down my back, but I could never grow it any longer, it had plateaued. I thought if I invested the small fortune required to buy the shampoo conditioner after shower spray and hair vitamins, I would have everything my hair needed to grow longer, fuller and healthier!However, what happened was the worst demise my hair has ever seen! At first, when shampooing, and using the conditioner, my hair would fall out in the tub… I thought this was kind of a normal process of my hair. Getting used to the product. I always try to give any new product the benefit of the doubt at least a couple of weeks of continued use before I make my opinion of its effectiveness. This is when I bought the vitamins, hoping that if I included the vitamins to the shampoo conditioner, and after shower spray, I would be giving my hair everything it needed to reach full potential of this product. The vitamins had no effect once I started taking them. And I have taken other collagen and biotin hair products in the past usually within a couple of days you can feel your hair get more supple more bouncy have more fullness, however, these vitamins had , absolutely zero effect. I felt no different using these vitamins for two weeks then I did prior to using them, except for the fact that my hair kept falling out! My hair strands felt weaker, smaller, scragglier to the point. I have now stopped all products from this company and my hair continues to fall out! I am so sad! I have never experienced her loss like this in my entire life! And I don’t know when, and if it will ever end! These hair supplement vitamins are nonrefundable! The hundred dollars I spent on them will not be refunded to me, but that’s not even the worst part! The years it took for me to grow my hair to the length that it currently isIs lost… In vain! The only way to save my hair at this point will be to cut it chin length and pray that it stops falling out and breaking off!
