I specifically got this to roll my neck when I wake up from ptsd related nightmares, which is obviously not the advertised use. I got this particular one because of the case, I didnt want the roller just floating around my freezer. Its been really helpful and refreshing in the mornings

If you’ve tried these ice rollers before, you’ll notice the larger size of this one immediately. It’s about twice the size of standard rollers, which is great because this one can be used all over your body. It’s easy to freeze. Just place the whole unit in the freezer in its case. The roller glides very well. I personally love this on my calf and thigh areas after a long walk or bike ride. It’s so easy to use and you can repeat the rolling motion based on your personal comfort.
