Unlike the Photo Shown, There is No Brim
This hat is a true cloche and sits very tight on the head, with practically no brim. I measured it, and the brim is only 9″ in diameter, so if you are looking for a hat that will shade your eyes or neck, this is not the one for you.Otherwise, it is a quite good, warm woolen hat. It is well made, though I do not like the spacing of the horizontal design lines. The flowers are nicely done and look like the photograph. The hat seems like it should pack well if laid flat and not squashed.Be aware that it does come squashed in a tiny package. Plan to give it time for the creases to come out or possibly even steam it. Be careful though; it is felted wool and could shrink. This is a consideration particularly if you plan to give it as a gift.Since it is tight and fairly deep, it would probably work well as a hat for a chemo patient whose head gets cold. A separate scarf will be needed for a cold neck, though.

100% wool, exceptional quality
Absolutely love this hat!! It is exceptional quality really is 100% wool fits wonderfully loose and comfortable and the brim has a wire so you can adjust it easily. You can flatten it out to store it and it looks just as good when you put it back on.
