    PERFECTION!
warning: sorry if my review is a mess. i’m still a blabbering mess and my emotions are all over the place5 x 2 “A PERFECT ENDING TO A PERFECT SERIES” STARSyes i have to put x2 in there because this book deserves it! this book is immensely and impressively beyond the beyond. this is the only series that i love all the books. and this is quite a saga since the addicted/calloway series is composed of 10 books. and the only series that i can honestly say that each book is extremely and undoubtedly better than the lastit’s been hours since i finished the book. i’m still reeling in all the feels. there are so many cute moments that will make your heart burst. so many scenes that will tug at your heart. so many swoon worthy moments. there was a time i got scared and relief felt like heaven. i cried, i laughed, i was smiling throughout the whole book. i squealed, i did the happy dance in my head. the whirlwind of emotions is a fun roller coaster ride that i will go through again and again because this book is all kind of perfect!thank you krista and becca for writing this epilogue novel. your desire to give your fans the best story and the best characters we will truly enjoy really touches my heart. you two are the most selfless authors i’ve known! you could have just written this in under 100K words. but you did not. you made it bigger than lwd. and lwd is a monstrosity! thank you for this beyond amazing series that touched so many lives. the characters you created continue to inspire us.there is a bit of everything here and thank you for that. my fangirl heart is brimming at the top!rily check!rory check!caisy check again ( haha i just made this up connor + daisy)Coke again checkthe arch nemesis (but secretly loves each other) lo & rose ( i love these 2!) check check!the hot tempered triad double check!and all the sisterly pairings! a big check!(there are so much more and enumerating them will take a while)LO. what can i say? he issssssss perfect!! skop lo is vastly diff from aty Lo. all the things he said in this book made my heart swoon! def and totes DILF!LILY. she’s still the adorkable goof. and i’m digging mommy lily!CONNOR. the narcissistic smartass wanted a challenge and he got it! and he passed with flying colorsROSE. her venom still makes me laugh and her fire burns brightly than before! i can’t help but admire her tenacity to give her family and the rest of her loved ones her best self. she really is an admirable woman and worthy of inspirationRYKE. the past no one’s son is now surrounded with people he loves and he is love in return.DAISY. the once neglected sister has now a voice and mommy daisy is super cute!the kids! what can i say? they’re super cute, super adorable, & super lovable!! each of them has diff personalities and i can’t wait to start the new era! they really are something to look forward to. and i wish KB wont stop with moffy, janie and sulli. i wish they have plans for the other kids as well. all of them are remarkably interesting and i wont say no if kb will want to explore these characters! i will totally support and cheer for this!i hate to say goodbye to something i greatly love. so i’ll just say “so long my loves, we’ll be together again when i reread the series”for those of you who are still contemplating or scared to start the series, i just want to say, you are depriving yourselves a glorious and wonderful experience.

I tried reading this book as slowly as I possibly can and still here we are, I’ve finished. Can I just say that Krista and Becca are gifts that keep on giving. This epilogue novel is not necessary or needed but they gave it to the fans anyway as a present, as closure, and as a goodbye for the readers. We have been with Lily, Lo, Rose, Connor, Daisy and Ryke for nine whole books. We have seen them at the lowest of their lows and their highest of their highs. This book is a ten year gap starting from the last chapter of Long Way Down and a great follow up to Damage Like Us (the next generation of this series). This book is about the six people, their children, and their lives over the course of ten years. We get to see how Lily and the other channel work, children, family, friends, love, and so much more. We also get to see their children mature and grow and learn just like how we saw Lily, Lo, Connor, Rose, Ryke and Daisy have mature, grow and learn. This has to be one of my favorite books of the series, because even though there is no “story-line” we get to experience this ten years span of life with the characters. I love all of the dynamics that have been given to us, we get to see more of each and every individual friendship strive and grow. We get to see each love story blossom and strengthen instead of wither away.Krista and Becca both have this amazing ability to write and make me feel so much for all their characters. I love my original six and now I have come to love their children too. Do not tell me to pick a favorite because I don’t know how. Krista and Becca have the ability to make me laugh with them, cry with them, smile with them, and feel their pain.I don’t know how the Ritchie Sisters have the ability to do this but I didn’t lie when I say that this series is my heart and soul. Never have I been so emotionally attached to a book series or all of the characters. Every personality of every character is so uniquely their own.I just couldn’t ask for anything better and I am so glad that I was curious enough to check this series out.Ten whole books about love, friendship, feminism, family and so much more. It’s crazy to look back at Addicted to You to see where they are now but I am not surprised by their journey. I am very proud. And I will carry their stories, their love, and their strength with me wherever I go.This book was such a gift from Krista and Becca and I couldn’t be more happy or more grateful. This read, this book, this whole entire series have been wholly perfect.

A full length epilogue to what has become hands down my most favourite series. It was so beautiful to see the future unfold for our favourite couples and their offspring. I have so much love for this series, so much respect for the authors and feel blessed to have been on this journey from book one, it has been a phenomenal ride.If you haven’t picked up the series as yet, you are doing yourself a huge disservice. These girls can WRITE the s*** out of a good book. You’ll laugh, cry and fall in love over and over again.

I have to start with the size of this book, because wow is it mega. I bought my copy as an ebook, but I imagine anyone with a physical copy having very sore arms! It seems strange for a contemporary book to be this big, this page amount is usually reserved for fantasy/sci-fi type books, but it worked really well and at no point did I feel like it was too much and that I just wanted it to end. It was the perfect amount of pages to end this story.”We speak of moving mountains, but sometimes people can completely rotate the world, just so someone else can land upright on their feet.”As I mentioned above the book takes place over ten years and most years will have a chapter from each characters POV. I will admit that I got a little bit lost at times about what month and year I was up to, as all we get is a little title at the beginning of each chapter like “Rose: October 2024″ and different characters POV could be from different months. So we could have a chapter from Lo in January 2019 followed by a chapter from Lily in September 2019 and a whole different story would be happening.”Look how far we’ve come. Look at us now. Ache for ache. Smile for smile. I only ever wanted to live this life with her”The characters were just as perfect as they have always been. Lily, Lo, Rose, Conner, Daisy and Ryke. I love this group of characters, I love their friendships, relationships, sister love, brotherly love and bromances. I love that Becca and Krista Ritchie managed to fit in a unique relationship between each of these characters without it feeling like too much.”I never looked back in that way before, but for the very first time, I did. I looked back, and I only looked back at her.”We got to meet some of the groups kids already in previous books but in this one we get them all, and not just as babies anymore, some of them we get as teenagers. I love seeing each of the different parenting styles for each of the couples. I love how it’s totally acceptable to the kids that Ryke swears but is Lo does then he has to put a dollar in the swear jar. I love the family dynamics in that the kids feel more like brothers and sisters than cousins and all of the adults care for each others kids as if they were their own. It’s just like one BIG family.”Our bad days have the ability to become better. It may be a horrible month. A horrible year. But there will be good days, good moments, great seconds.”The Addicted series was more than just a series of books, it was an adventure. An unforgettable journey of friendship and family, love and sacrifice. A journey that took our characters from rock bottom to happily ever after. When I picked up the first book I has no idea what to expect and I can’t lie, I thought I was going to hate it. But from that very first book I found myself in love with it all, the characters, the story, the authors and there was no way I could have stopped reading this series part way through, I was in it for the long haul!I’ve stuck with this series through 10 whole books and I can’t believe it’s reached the end. Becca and Krista Ritchie give us a beautiful gift in this final book of letting us see the happily ever afters finally taking place and it is the perfect conclusion to this epic saga. I couldn’t have asked for anything better, or more beautiful or more full of love than the ending they gave us.”And then we end – we end where we started. Just us. All six of us.”
