Sweet smelling pain relief
We use the whenever there is soreness or stiffness or just an area that needs a little pain relief. Back was locked up right after some construction jobs and my wife suggested this. It has a better smell than most of the pain relief ointments. It does a great job of bringing relief almost instantly. Wish it were a bit cheaper but it’s worth it. The pump part isn’t the best. The relief that it brings makes the pros outweigh the cons significantly

Helping with severe shoulder pain
Definitely helps with pain. I bought some small glass roll on bottles and mixed it with jojoba oil. I keep it my bed at night to help with shoulder pain.You can also just use it full strength from the spay bottle
