Nice quality straw hat
Super cute sun hat. It is well made with no stray threads/straw – very neat and clean for a straw hat. It doesn’t seem to have any size adjustment like some straw hats do but it doesn’t seem come with a strap that I’m not really a fan of and there are tiny loops to attach the strap to, however they are very tiny and not super easy to attach. That said, the hat fits me fine. The hat came folded and currently has creases that I need to work out – usually a hot and humid summer day does the trick for these types of hats. The hat seems to hold its shape when on. I wish it had come in earlier as I was just at the beach and would have worn this a lot on that trip – I’ll definitely pack it for my next beach trip. My husband says it looks like a hat for a woman trying to hide her identity. 😅 I feel like this is a good value and a hat that I’ll get a good amount of use from. I love the neutral color as it will go with anything in my summer wardrobe.

Wide Brim Straw Hat
This hat is foldable, making it convenient for taking up less space in your beach bag. It has an adjustable chin strap to prevent it from blowing away in the wind. Its wide 11cm brim provides ample shade from the sun. It offers UPF 80+ protection. The construction is of very good quality and seems durable. It’s lightweight and breathable. The brim can be shaped as desired; you can make folds to tighten it. This hat runs large, designed for a head circumference of 54-58 cm, but it has a small Velcro strap at the back for adjustment. The only drawback is that the top of the hat is a little too long, causing it to sit a bit too low on the head. You then have to lift the front of the brim to see. The style is classic and elegant, perfect for a day at the beach.

More functional than fashionable
I live in a breezy coastal town in Florida, where hats without chin straps are likely to wind up floating in the Gulf.That’s one reason I wanted this Tinkeep Women Wide Brim Straw Sun Hat, as it comes with a chin strap that can be attached to the hat with a small plastic carbineer-style clip.Unfortunately, that strap is not going to work for me, as the clips are poorly made and the strap keeps coming out of them. It’s very hard to reattach them, or to keep them attached to the hat, as the loops they attach to are almost comically small.The hat itself, which is made of 80 percent paper and 20 percent polyester, is indeed flexible and foldable–but it also retains creases. So while it’s suitable for the beach and travel, you’re probably not going to want to wear it for selfies.Because of its paper content, I’m also not sure how well it will hold up to humidity or a sudden tropical downpour (common in Florida’s summer).However, the hat does have some pluses. Because it is so flexible, you can wear it in the car and lean back on the headrest–not something I can do with my other stiff straw hats.It also fits well and is adjustable through a ribbon hidden behind the label on the inner sweat band.Moreover, the brim is wide and really does shade your eyes well. I also like that you can flip the brim up and it will stay that way if you find the brim is obstructing your vision.This is going to be my beach/car/travel/gardening/travel hat, but not the one I’m going to wear out to a nice restaurant.

Moldable brim – edge takes whatever shape you want
I got this hat because I am going to have a chemical peel on my face and I expect that I will want to hide my face from both onlookers and sun while I heal.This hat is much nicer than I expected!Positives:* brim is 4″* you are completely shaded but you can see through it if you pull brim over your eyes (wont walk into things)* folds flat (easy to pack and store)* nice fabric (exactly what you would expect when buying a nice sun blocking hat)* chin strap is removable & hold well* brim edge is moldable, so you can experiment to see what shape works best with your faceThis is a great hat but nothing is perfect. These are the things I didnt care so much for:* Strap is light colored – i wear tinted foundation and make up marks will show on the strap* I have carpal tunnel (weak fingers) and it was extremely difficult to latch on the strap onto the hat

Fold creases from shipping
The hat sits very low on the head. I wish it was a tad higher for more visibility. Comes with a detachable strap to secure hat to head. I wish this wasn’t folded when shipped. I’m letting the hat sit out hoping the creases will smooth out. But since it was folded it is a little wonky shaped.

Great Sunhat
This is a great sun hat! It’s very flexible and very lightweight. It came with a detachable chin strap, which is a very nice feature. I have a smaller head, so the hat is a little more floppy on me than it would be on most people so I really do appreciate the chinstrap. It can be worn with the brim fully down for maximum coverage, but it also turns up in the front or the back or all the way around very easily. I’m really happy to have a hat that is breathable and lightweight to wear in the summer when I’m on vacation and outdoors for long periods of time or doing any kind of outdoor work.

Good quality and looks great
Very nice quality hat. This size is larger than expected so might be wise to consider going one size under your normal. This is going to be a swim hat if it holds up. Some straw or paper products don’t do well when wet. We shall see come summer. But it seems stout enough and does have some poly material and might take water okay.

Oversized sun hat
I like that this is hat is foldable to pack easily, and it is very light weight. However, the brim is very large and I feel like it is too big on my head. The only way I can comfortably wear it is to fold the brim up all the way around. The chin strap was a little tough to attach, the elastic that you attach it to is very small. The chin strap is a nice feature though.
